Traditional Timber Frame Kit House Design
Design 05 This exquisite four-bedroom, two-bath house seamlessly blends modern design with rustic materials, creating a functional and beautiful home perfect for families. Street Presence: Striking stone and wood cladding along with a welcoming internal front porch add to the house’s curb appeal. Layout: An upside-down design switching the interior layout so the living spaces are on the first floor. This means the views of the country are maximised and uninterrupted. Open-Concept Plan: The kitchen, dining and sitting areas have been combined to create a large and beautiful partial double height living space. This spacious room offers views out towards the countryside and access to a large first-floor balcony, spanning the length of the house. The room is flooded with natural light making it the perfect space to relax after a long day. Spacious Bedrooms: The bedrooms have been designed with comfort and style in mind. All four rooms have been designed with built in storage, along with the master suite having its own private ensuite. This design combines traditional features with modern ideas to create a grand and functional home, that makes full use of its surroundings. Timber framed homes offer faster on-site construction than other methods, optimising a natural, renewable and sustainable resource. Since 1986 our award-winning team of timber-frame specialists has been dedicated to transforming our customers’ design ideas into stunning, eco-friendly homes. Inspired by this design?
