Imagine designing and building a modern home in an area surrounded by existing residential homes, and one of your planning applications being refused! That's exactly what we tackled with this challenging project. It took a lot of clever designing and research to get this project approved, but we did it! Our mission was to create two modern homes that blend in perfectly with their surroundings but offer 21st-century living at its finest. We left no stone unturned, from an extensive design and access statement to ecological and noise reports to ensure that everything is just perfect! We built these homes using SIP, which not only provides high levels of thermal comfort but also helps to reduce thermal heat loss.
